Crust Pizza was born in 2009 in a small corner of Bondi, Australia, when award-winning chef Michael Trentini became frustrated with the lack of truly exceptional pizza delivery options. With a passion for Italian culinary traditions and a dedication to quality ingredients, Michael set out to revolutionize the pizza delivery experience in Australia.
What began as a small 30-seat pizzeria quickly gained a devoted following, with lines forming down the street for our artisanal creations. Our commitment to a 72-hour fermented dough, premium local and imported ingredients, and chef-designed flavor profiles set us apart in a crowded market.
Today, Crust Pizza has expanded to over 40 locations across Australia, but our dedication to quality remains unchanged. Each location maintains the same exacting standards, techniques, and ingredients that made our first restaurant a success. We've grown, but we haven't compromised.
